Where can I find my account number?

For Fiber Postpaid subscribers, your account number is printed on the top right corner, under the billing information. It may also be found via SMS.

For Fiber Prepaid subscribers, it can be found in the welcome email and SMS of your subscription.

An OTP will be sent to your registered PLDT account
